Guinea: A great political star named Alpha Condé. Part 1

In ten years, under his leadership, Guinea has made a giant leap.

Decryption.

With its four natural regions ranging from Lower Guinea to Forest Guinea via Middle Guinea and Upper Guinea, its 33 prefectures, and a continuously growing population, a succession of transitional regimes, the Republic of Guinea is both a historical and modern showcase in the African continent. Its singular history arouses admiration and consequent questions. Its historical legacy is the work of Emperor Soundiata Keita, hero of the Mandinka epic by defense and defense.

Safeguarding the empire before Almamy Samory Touré, in the nineteenth century, routed with its formidable army, the French and European colonists engaged in a sinister colonization enterprise. Emperor Soundjata distinguished himself in the thirteenth century by founding the Mandinka Empire in Kirina, as did Emperor Samory Touré centuries later at the Battle of Woyowayanko.

While the president. Ahmed Sékou Touré, by means of the referendum of September 28, 1958, wrests from the hands of General Charles de Gaulle, Gaston Deferre and Jacques Foccart, the independence of Guinea on October 2, 1958. Following a memorable popular consultation five days earlier, on September 28, 1958.

Since the death of the father of independence on 26 March 1984, Guinea has been sinking between

four military regimes including that of General Lansana Conté, author of the first coup.

State in Guinea on April 3, 1984, the other three having been the consecutive transitions of Captain Moussa Dadis Camara and General Sékouba Konaté and ongoing Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya.

Occurs at the head of state in 2010 a historical opponent named Alpha Condé following a memorable election that he won in the second round against a certain Mamadou Cellou Diallo known as Dalein, former Prime Minister. The Republic of Guinea at that time needed food, electricity, water, primary health care, road, rail, naval, air and languish infrastructure in the ambient poverty, unemployment, delinquency, excessive corruption, galloping inflation, urban disorder marked by endless filth.

nauseating!

1-/ Professor Alpha Condé leaves Guinea an economic, energy, health, health, security and educational legacy.

As soon as he took power in 2010, Alpha Condé made a diagnosis of the country's situation and, as solutions, undertook reforms in all areas that govern social life. The army, Education, health, prefectures and communes are undergoing profound changes. This is not enough! In its reforms, it centralizes the national public project management in the hands of the ACGP (Administration and Control of Major Projects) placed under the supervision of the Presidency of the Republic of which it is the guarantor, with as Administrator the incorruptible and patriotic Mamadi Condé Thales. For the reliability and Africanization of the studies of the works and their costs, the National Bureau of Technical Studies and Development (BNETD) is retained as an institution that has made irrefutable evidence in the development of Côte d'Ivoire. The engineer Ahoua Don Mello, an inveterate Pan-Africanist, architect of Project Studies, becomes, Special Advisor to Professor Alpha Condé and lends his

competition at the Canadian PGA. The country is working on the rehabilitation, construction, and rehabilitation of

roads, bridges, hotels, prefectures, hospitals, public buildings, airport, ports.

The Donka Referral and University Hospital is being rehabilitated by titanic extension work before being equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in operating theatres and intensive care rooms complying with international standards.

Optical fiber serves an unlimited network of 4000 kilometers and covers the entire country with 76 interconnected localities.

The other battle won by Professor Alpha Condé concerns the tourism sector with the construction of brand new 5-star hotels: Kaloum, Noom, Sheraton, Palm Camayenne, Onomo, Riviera etc....

All 33 prefectures of Guinea are now connected by paved roads.

All agricultural basins are connected by motorable roads. Thus, 576 kilometres of national roads have been built and 800 kilometres of networks are being built from funds already mobilized concerning the Coyah-Kindia-Mamou-Dabola-Kouroussa linear and the Coyah-Farmoriah-Pamelap-Sierra Leone border and Lola-N'zo-Côte d'Ivoire border sections. A total of 1136.67 kilometers of national roads has been paved with other works in progress and already financed.

To solve the perennial problem of drinking water supply, Alpha Condé ordered the rehabilitation of the existing network and reinforcement of production to reach and serve high ground areas. 4,500 water boreholes are built in the country's four natural regions.

Agriculture is subsidized in money, seeds, fertilizers and as a result Guinea achieves food self-sufficiency and exports to Senegal and other neighboring countries that were once its suppliers of foodstuffs such as potatoes, citrus fruits, plantains, cassava etc...

The airport of Gbessia Conakry is rehabilitated, as well as the port of Conakry.

Professor Alpha Condé notes that Guinean bauxite is exported in the form of crude, which causes Guinea to lose not only the added value in case of processing, but also the phagocytosis of ambient unemployment by the creation of jobs. Two problems are acute, and must ipso facto be solved: the energy required and the skilled workforce, given that Guinean graduates face the thorny problem of unemployment.

Professor Alpha Condé multiplies the Regional Schools of Arts and Crafts (ÉRAME) to train technicians and operational executives in public, private or multinational companies.

Regarding the conquest of energy, Professor Alpha Condé awakens old dam projects.

hydroelectric on the Konkouré River, the Nile of the Republic of Guinea. On September 28, 2015, in the Prefecture of Dubréka, he inaugurated the first born of the five dams decided: the Kaleta hydroelectric dam with 240 megawatts of energy power in its cables. This will be followed by the Souapiti 450 megawatt and Amaria 665 megawatt hydroelectric dams still on the Konkouré River, then Fomi 100 megawatts on the Niandan River confluence of the Niger River in Upper Guinea and the Koukoutamba dam 294 megawatts on the Bafing River tributary of the Senegal River. At the end of the tunnel the amount of energy garnered by these various dams was to allow on the one hand the establishment of the iron and bauxite processing industries, to name but two Guinea alone holds more than half of the world's reserves and exports through interconnection lines Guinea-Mali-Côte d'Ivoire-Liberia-Sierra Leone and finally Guinea-Gambia-Senegal-Guinea Bissau.

September 5, 2021, sinks into the day with the coup d'état of the traitor Mamadi Doumbouya, a putschist from the Special Forces. We've even heard to Professor Alpha Condé that the coup was justified by the fact that there is no electricity in Guinea!! Of real madness, when we remember that before 2010 Guinea brandished the shameful medal of the most obscure country on the planet.

Through the reforms on entrepreneurship, Alpha Condé has multiplied the economic partners without exclusion and thus China, Turkey, Russia, the France with Vincent Bolloré at the port of Conakry, the United States enter the Guinean economic sphere. The growth rate is waking up, growing year by year and making a giant leap to 6.7% in 2020, making Guinea a serious contender for short-term economic emergence. The Central Bank of Guinea has a reassuring foreign exchange reserve ratio. It was bailed out and as soon as it came to power, Doumbouya orchestrated a vertiginous increase in the budget of the Presidency of the Republic.

On the educational level, Professor Alpha Condé launches the project of University Technopole Conakry-Sonfonia, Labé, N'Nzérékoré starting with the University complex of Kankan site Fadou in Upper Guinea whose laying of the first stone took place by Alpha Condé in December 2019, the capacities, and courses of the University Julius Nyerere functional since 1963 being obsolete and outdated in Kankan largest region and second largest city populated after Conakry.

B-/ Security: Major interest of Professor Alpha Condé's eyes

Professor Alpha Condé has not only opted for a flourishing economy. It has also undertaken sound reforms in security and defence through the reorganization of existing units and the creation of new ones. In terms of the creation of the Rapid Intervention Group (GIR), the Special Forces Group (GFS) are born. The GFS brings together the best elements of other special forces ready to fight against the rise of jihadists and insurgent forces wherever they come from. For Alpha Condé the GFS is a Sovereignist force, avant-garde of jealousy.

independence of Guinea. At its head a certain Mamadi Doumbouya!! The upheavals are made in battalions and training centers up to the Regiment of Presidential Security. The Autonomous Battalion of Airborne Troops (BATA), the troops of Camp Samory, Camp Makambo and Camp Alpha Yaya, Famoriah, Kindia are the subject of several reforms and rehabilitation of the Infrastructure. But the elite Army Special Forces Unit. remains the GFS of Mamadi Doumbouya the former French legionnaire, married to a French woman. The defence of the country is now in the hands of this unit, which will easily turn around with the active complicity of NATO (Treaty Organization of. The North Atlantic) and ahead of the France against its creator on September 5, 2021, by a bloody coup.

2-/ Did Mamadi Doumbouya come to power to erase the work of Professor Alpha Condé, as General Lansana Conté did for the work of President Ahmed Sékou Touré?

As noted in the introduction, Guinea's history is cyclical, literally, and figuratively. Fear is figurative. The destruction of all the work of Alpha Condé. There are warning signs that do not deceive!

a-) During the coup d'état of September 5, 2021, Doumbouya, and his troops with at its head certain Captain Alia Camara got their hands on the sovereignty funds and the budget of the stewardship. Billions of Guinean francs that have never been paid into the Guinean public treasury! To our acquaintance of course!

b-) Six (months after the coup d'état Doumbouya doubled the operating budget of the Presidency of the Republic of which he is the sole authorising officer of expenditure! In such a short time, what justifies this increase, this increase in presidential charges? Does the coup have financial repercussions or is there talk of quickly emptying the state coffers for a political transition before it is too late!!

History does not lie, and it will tell us! The late Colonel Lansana Conté overthrew by coup d'état on April 3, 1984, the interim President Louis Lansana Béavogui who by the Guinean Constitution was to ensure the interim of President Ahmed Sékou Touré who died in Cleveland, Ohio in the United States of America. Having realized that the management of a state had nothing to do with the handling of weapons, Lansana Conté will sell off all the economic and public heritage of Guinea, through Guinean technocrats including two former pro-French prime ministers and in deficit of nationalism: Sidya Touré and Mamadou Cellou Diallo known as Dalein.

c-) Air Guinée goes bankrupt and ends up in the cracks of the nets set by Mamadou Cellou Diallo said Dalein, ten years in a row in government with the bonus of several ministerial posts so that of Prime Minister.

C-bis/ Sidya Touré to fill the energy deficit of the obscure capital of Guinea goes to Nigeria to buy in a sleight of hand, generators out of order for the Tombo Power Plant. The repair of these units before operation will generate expenses of the Guinean Public Treasury.

d-) The railway will be boned, rails removed and sold by the mafia networks within which is regularly mentioned Halimatou Cellou Dalein Diallo.

e-) The Dabola oil mill in middle Guinea closed.

e-) The National Tobacco Company of Guinea closed.

f-) FRIA's bauxite processing plant closed.

g-) The Patrice Lumumba printing house in Conakry closed.

h-) KINDIA's fruit packing plant closed.

I-) The textile factory in Guinea closed.

J-) Guinea's matchmaker closed.

(k-) The maritime fleet to vessels flying the Guinean flag closed.

Etc............

The blue fear in Guinea is that the new Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya looks like the old Lansana Conté and did not act like him by destroying the saving works of the predecessor Alpha Condé.
